Because I ordered in July and I still never received items I've emailed numerous times about this issue I e never received a response

Only after having posted on pissedconsumer.com did I get a response. But a quick one! ;) The company proposed to refund or to resend the items.

Ordered from them because I needed the items urgently and they guaranteed a delivery within 5 days with DPD priority. 11 days later, I am still waiting for my order. contacted DPD who has never received my parcels .Several messages through their contact form remain unanswered. I fear I won't receive neither the (expensive) items nor a refund.

User's recommendation: Don't buy from them!
